We are based in the United Kingdom and proudly ship to all addresses in the United Kingdom and European Union countries.

Free Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all orders to both the UK and the EU. There is no minimum order value required.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on stock availability. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or during weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times (Estimates)

  • UK Mainland: 3–7 business days from dispatch
  • EU Countries: 5–12 business days from dispatch

Delivery times to the EU may vary depending on the specific country and any customs processing. Large or heavy items (such as air conditioning units) are shipped via trusted couriers and may require a signature upon delivery.

Important Information for EU Customers

  • Shipments to the EU are sent from the UK and may be subject to import VAT, a small flat-rate customs duty (currently €3 per item for goods under €150 as of July 2026), and possible carrier handling fees.
  • These charges (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient and are usually collected by the courier before or upon delivery.
  • We provide all necessary commercial invoices and documentation to assist with customs clearance.
  • We recommend checking with your local customs authority for any additional fees that may apply in your country.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel in real time using the link provided.

Delivery Issues or Delays

If you experience any delay or issue with your delivery, please contact us immediately at frostflowltd@gmail.com with your order number. We will liaise with the courier to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery, especially for bulky items like air conditioning units.
  • For large orders or multiple units, we may split shipments – you will be notified if this occurs.
