Free Delivery
We are pleased to offer free standard delivery on all orders to both the UK and EU (no minimum order value required).
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday), subject to stock availability. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Times
- UK Mainland: 3–7 business days from dispatch
- EU Countries: 5–12 business days from dispatch (delivery times may vary depending on the specific country and customs clearance)
For large or heavy items such as air conditioning units, delivery is handled by trusted couriers with tracking. A signature may be required upon delivery.
Important Information for EU Customers
- Shipments to the EU are treated as exports from the UK.
- You may be responsible for any applicable import VAT, customs duties, or clearance fees charged by your local authorities upon arrival.
- We will provide all necessary commercial invoices and documentation to help with customs clearance.
- Delivery times can be affected by customs processing.
